      目的 系统梳理大语言模型在护理领域中的研究现状、热点及发展趋势。方法 检索Web of Science核心数据库中大语言模型护理相关研究，检索时限为2017年1月至2024年11月，采用CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件对发文量、国家、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入174篇相关文献，文章发文量总体呈增长态势，2024年达峰值，美国占据主导地位，研究热点主要集中于大语言模型的多样化研究、大语言模型在临床中的应用以及在护理教育中的应用，研究前沿集中在会话代理、癌症护理、谷歌巴德和医疗。结论 大语言模型在护理领域的研究正处于高速发展阶段，未来应加强国际合作、推动跨领域的交流，拓宽研究的广度与深度，进一步推动护理学科与大语言模型的融合发展。
英文摘要:
      Objective To systematically review the research status, hotspot and development trend of large language model in nursing field. Methods The research related to the nursing of large language models in the Web of Science core database was retrieved. The retrieval time limit was from January 2017 to November 2024. The CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software was used to conduct visual analysis on the number of published papers, countries, institutions, and keywords. Results A total of 174 relevant literatures were included. The overall number of published articles showed an increasing trend and reached its peak in 2024. The United States dominated. The research hotspots mainly focus on the diversified research of large language models, the application of large language models in clinical practice, and the application in nursing education. The research frontiers were concentrated on conversation agents, cancer care, Google Bard, and medical. Conclusion The research on large language models in the field of nursing is in a stage of rapid development. In the future, international cooperation should be strengthened, cross-disciplinary exchanges should be promoted, the breadth and depth of research should be broadened, and the integrated development of the nursing discipline and large language models should be further promoted.
