| 目的 系统评价患者及照顾者对“互联网＋护理服务”真实体验的质性研究，为互联网＋护理服务的持续发展提供参考。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Embase、知网、万方数据库、维普科技期刊数据库和生物医学文献数据库中与患者及照顾者对“互联网＋护理服务”体验相关的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2024年10月，采用2016版澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究评价标准，采用汇集性整合方法分析归纳结果。结果 共纳入8篇文献，提炼47个主题，归纳12个类别，最终形成三方面整合结果：感知益处（减轻照顾者负担、提高自我管理能力、缓解心理压力、提供优质护理服务、和谐护患关系）、感知担忧（自身安全问题、护士安全问题、平台安全问题）、需求与建议（收费合理化，纳入医保、服务项目拓展及完善、完善服务流程、加大宣传力度）。结论 患者及照顾者对“互联网＋护理服务”持积极态度，但也存在不同程度的担忧，渴望得到政策支持，满足多元化护理需求，医疗机构和相关管理部门需建立健全服务风险机制管理、完善相应配套支持系统，保障服务持续健康运行。 |

| Objective To systematically review qualitative studies on the authentic experiences of patients and caregivers with "Internet + Nursing Services" and provide insights for the ongoing development of these services.Methods A comprehensive search was conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, Embase, CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP and the Biomedical Literature Database for qualitative studies exploring the experiences of patients and caregivers with "Internet + Nursing Services." The search covered the period from the inception of each database up to October 2024. Studies were appraised using the 2016 version of the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal Checklist for Qualitative Research. The results were synthesized and analyzed using an aggregative integration approach.Results A total of 8 studies were included, from which 47 themes were extracted and categorized into 12 groups. These were synthesized into 3 main findingsreduced caregiver burden:Perceived Benefits(enhanced self-management skills, relief from psychological stress, access to professional and personalized high-quality nursing services, improved nurse-patient relationships); Perceived Concerns(personal safety, the safety of nurses, issues related to nurse qualifications and competencies, security and usability concerns regarding the online platforms); Needs and Suggestions(reasonable and standardized pricing, integration of services into insurance policies, expansion and enhancement of service offerings, improvement of service processes to mitigate risks, increased promotion to ensure sustainable service delivery).Conclusion Patients and caregivers hold a positive view of "Internet + Nursing Services," but express concerns and seek policy support to address diverse care needs.To address these issues, healthcare institutions and relevant regulatory bodies should establish comprehensive risk management mechanisms and enhance the supporting systems to ensure the sustainable and effective operation of these services. |
