      目的 探讨双花漱口方在外科术后禁食患者中的应用效果。方法 2023年12月至2024年1月，采用便利抽样法选取在上海市某三级甲等医院住院手术的60例患者为研究对象。对照组30例采用生理盐水漱口，试验组30例采用双花漱口方漱口。干预前后评估患者的口腔健康状况、口渴程度、口腔菌落数量。结果 干预后试验组患者的口腔健康状况、口渴程度、口腔菌落数量均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 双花漱口方显著改善了外科术后禁食患者的口腔健康状况，可降低口渴程度，抑制口腔菌落增殖。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the application effect of a Shuanghua Gargle Solution in postoperative fasting patients. Methods From December 2023 to January 2024, 60 patients who underwent surgery at a tertiary hospital in Shanghai were selected as study subjects by the convenience sampling method. Thirty patients were assigned to the control group and used saline mouthwash, while 30 patients were assigned to the experimental group and used the Shuanghua Gargle Solution. The oral health status, degree of thirst, and number of oral bacterial colonies were assessed before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the oral health status, degree of thirst, and number of oral bacterial colonies in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Shuanghua Gargle Solution significantly improved the oral health status, reduced the degree of thirst, and inhibited the proliferation of oral bacterial colonies in postoperative fasting patients.
