      【】 目的 了解脊髓损伤患者照顾者对患者泌尿系感染知识的认知及其影响因素和目前存在的问题。方法 对61例脊髓损伤患者照顾者进行了泌尿系感染相关知识的自制问卷调查。结果 回收有效问卷61份。其中主要照顾者性别、月收入、与患者关系等对脊髓损伤患者照顾者对泌尿系感染认知得分的影响无差异(P>0.05)；年龄及文化程度对脊髓损伤患者照顾者对泌尿系感染认知得分的影响有差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脊髓损伤患者照顾者对泌尿系感染认知存在错误的认识。结论 脊髓损伤患者照顾者对泌尿系感染认知情况不容乐观,应针对其影响因素及目前存在的问题提出具有针对性的健康教育方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective to survey Current Status of Urinary tract infection in the family of Spinal cord injury patients and analyze the correlated cognition factors . Methods A questionnaire survey was made in 61 Family members of Spinal cord injury patients .results The Gender,income, the relationship did not have significantly effecfion on acknowledge of Urinary tract infection in the Family member of Spinal cord injury patients(P>0.05).The age and education had significantly effecfion on acknowledge of Urinary tract infection in the Family member of Spinal cord injury patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The acknowledge of Urinary tract infection in the Family member of Spinal cord injury patients is not enough . To Propose Solutions for it.
