      【】目的 探讨应用King达标理论对住院患者防跌倒坠床实施护理宣教的效果。方法 选取我院2011.10～2012.12泌尿外科、肛肠外科、五官科的住院患者,共200例。其中实验组100例,采用King达标理论为指导的宣教方法,对照组100例,采用传统的健康教育方式,分别于入院时和出院时用自行设计问卷进行调查评价。结果 实验组在住院期间跌倒坠床情况、患者家属配合程度、护理工作满意度等方面均优于对照组(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01)。结论 King达标理论的运用能提高患者及家属对跌倒坠床危险因素的认识,增加了护士实施的有效性,提高了患者及家属的参与感及成就感,增强了患者及家属规避危险因素的自我护理能力,使护理安全得到切实的落实。
英文摘要:
      【】Objective To evaluate King Interaction theory in the mission of patients with anti-fall and Anti-falling bed. Methods A total of 200 hospitalized patients at Urologic Surgery,Anorectic surgery and ENT from October 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected. The experimental group of 100 cases was intervened with the methods on the basic of King Interaction theoretical guidance while the control group of 100 cases adopted the traditional health education mode, respectively, with self-designed questionnaire survey and evaluation at the time of admission and discharge. Result The experimental group were superior to the control group in the hospital at falling and falling out of bed during hospitalization, family members of patients with the degree of care and job satisfaction(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01).Conclusion Application of King interaction theory can improve the patients and their families to understand the risk factors of falls from falling off the bed, increasing the effectiveness of nurses, enhancing the sense of participation and achievement of patients and their families, enhancing the self-care ability of patients and their families to evade the risk factors, making the nursing safety be effectively implemented.
