目的探讨规范服药对耐多药肺结核患者临床表现、治疗效果、控制感染状况等方面的影响。方法 2010年2月—2013年10月我院结核科收治的306例MDR-TB患者。随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用自行按医嘱服药，观察组给予规范服药干预。随访12月后，对患者的临床表现、影像学、痰结核菌情况、感染控制情况、康复情况进行比较。结果观察组患者临床表现及痰菌转阴情况比对照组显著改善（P<0.05）。两组患者的影像学表现无显著统计学差异（P>0.05）。规范服药患者服药的依从性与对照组比较差异有显著统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论规范服药使耐多药肺结核患者提高对疾病的认知，提高了依从性，减轻疾病的症状，促进康复。

英文摘要:

The impact on rehabilitation of cluster nursing intervention for patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis#$NL : Objective To investigate the impact of cluster nursing intervention strategies for patients with MDR-TB. To measure medication compliance , clinical presentation, treatment, and other aspects of psychological conditions. Methods From february of 2009 to October of 2012 , 306 cases of MDR-TB patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group .The control group using conventional nursing; The observation group was given cluster nursing strategy. After follow-up 12 months , patient"s clinical presentation , imaging , sputum , the psychological state of anxiety and depression were compared . Results The results of cluster group of nursing clinical manifestations and sputum negative situation significantly improved compared with the control group (P <0.05). There were no statistically significant differences between imaging performance of the two groups (P> 0.05). The anxiety and depression scores of observation group were significantly lower than the control group (p <0.05). The difference of medication compliance was statistically significant in cluster group compared with control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The cluster nursing intervention strategies can improve clinical performance, patient medication compliance and reduce anxiety and depression.
