| 目的 探讨在胃镜检查前应用链霉蛋白酶对胃内黏液清洗以改善胃镜检查时视野清晰度的效果。方法 选择合适胃镜检查患者入选，按照随机原则将入选患者分为2组，每组各有50例患者：1）对照组，检查前15分钟口服西甲硅油乳剂（15ml西甲硅油 15ml生理盐水）；观察组，检查前20分钟口服链霉蛋白酶（链霉蛋白酶2万U 1克碳酸氢钠 80ml温水），检查前15分钟口服西甲硅油乳剂（15ml西甲硅油 15ml生理盐水）。胃镜下观察并分别对胃窦、胃体及胃底部三处的清晰效果（黏膜可见度）按1~4分进行评分；根据总分对其清洗效果做出判断（显效≥9分；有效≥6分且＜9分；无效：≥3分且＜6分＝。结果 观察组与对照组患者年龄及男女比例均无统计学差异（p＞0.05）。胃镜下评分结果显示，西甲硅油联合链霉蛋白酶组在胃窦、胃体、胃底各部位评分、总分及可见度改善效果均明显优于对照组（p＜0.05＝。结论 在胃镜检查时联合应用链霉蛋白酶与西甲硅油进行术前准备，可对胃内黏液起到良好的清洗效果，明显优于单独应用西甲硅油。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Pronase Granules as preoperative preparation of gastroscopy examination. Methods 100 Patients taken gastroscopy were randomly divided into two groups (50 patients per group). Observe group received solution of Pronase Granules (80 mL) orally 20 minutes before examination and solution of simethicone (15ml of simethicone plus 15ml of normal saline) 15 minutes before examination. Control group received solution of simethicone (15ml of simethicone plus 15ml of normal saline) 15 minutes before examination. Antrum, body and fundus of stomach were observed and scored from1 to 4 according to the clarity of mucosal surface. The results were defined as marked, valid and invalid based on the total score of stomach legibility (marked≥9, 6≤valid＜9, 3≤invalid＜6＝. Results There is no statistically significant difference neither in age nor sex between observe and control group(p＞0.05). Pronase Granules plus simethicone displayed better performance than simethicone only for the washing of stomach before gastroscopy examinantion, not only in the score of every part of stomach, but also in the tatol score and overall cleaning effectiveness (p＜0.05＝. Conclusion Pronase Granules plus simethicone is effective for preoperative preparation of gastroscopy examination, and performs better than just simethicone. |
