      目的：探讨穴位按摩联合生姜汁含服对术后恶心呕吐的干预效果。 方法：将60例骨科术后的患者随机分为干预组（n=30）和对照组（n=30），两组均进行骨科术后的常规护理，干预组在此基础上给予生姜汁含服配合内关、足三里的穴位按摩，对比两组患者在恶心、呕吐发生率的差异。 结果：干预组患者在恶心、呕吐的发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论：术后早期对患者进行穴位按摩联合生姜汁含服可以改善患者的胃肠道反应，降低恶心、呕吐发生率，促进进食，具有较好的临床应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the effect of point massage combined raw ginger With service for the gastrointestinal reaction caused by postoperative analgesia pump. Methods: 60 patients with orthopaedic postoperative analgesia pump were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30), both groups for postoperative analgesia pump using conventional nursing care, intervention group on the basis of the given raw ginger contains inside the suit off point massage, foot three mile, compared two groups of patients with differences in the incidence of nausea and vomiting. Results: The incidence rate of level Ⅰnausea, vomiting of observation group was higher than control group (p<0.05) Conclusion: Application of Point massage therapy could reduce the incidence rate of gastrointestinal reaction which should be applicated in clinic.
