| 目的 探讨同伴支持教育对自我注射胰岛素老年糖尿病病人糖代谢水平及注射技术的效果,规范老年糖尿病病人胰岛素注射技术。方法 从奉贤区中心医院糖尿病俱乐部会员中招募10名自愿参加同伴支持教育的糖尿病病人,根据《中国糖尿病药物注射技术指南(2011版)》,由糖尿病专科护士对同伴支持教育者进行培训,考核合格后,采用示教与反示教的方法对自我注射胰岛素老年糖尿病病人进行胰岛素规范注射教育。教育前后采用自行设计胰岛素注射技术考核标准和胰岛素注射相关知识问卷进行调查,观察教育后对糖代谢指标和胰岛素注射相关知识和注射技术的影响。结果 95例自我注射胰岛素老年糖尿病病人教育后胰岛素注射技术和胰岛素注射相关知识的掌握情况、糖代谢水平明显优于教育前,P＜0.01,有统计学意义。结论 同伴支持教育可明显改善自我注射胰岛素老年糖尿病病人糖代谢水平,提高胰岛素注射相关知识和规范胰岛素注射,增加自我管理效能。 |

| 【】 Objective: In this study, we discussed the effects of peer support education on glucose metabolism and the knowledge of insulin and injection technology for senileSdiabetes with theselfSinsulinSinjectionSto regulate insulin injection technology. Methods: we recruited 10 patientsSwith diabetes volunteered for peer support education from diabetes club members of FengXian central hospital, who were trained and examined by specializedSnursesSinSdiabetes according to China"s diabetes drug injection technology guide (2011 edition), and shallSpass theSuniformSexaminationSbefore adopting the method of demonstration and cautionary demonstration to educate insulin injection guidelines for elderly diabetes with theSselfSinsulinSinjection. The checking standard of insulin injection technology and related knowledge questionnaire self-designed was conductedSbefore and afterShealthSeducation, and the effectsSof glucose metabolism index and related knowledge and technology of insulin injection wereSobserved after education. Results: There was a better insulin injection technology, insulin knowledge and glucose metabolism in 98 elderly diabetes patients with theSselfSinsulinSinjection after Seducation than before(P＜0.01 ). Conclusions: Peer support education could obviously improve the glucose metabolism and played a promoting role in the learning of insulin injection and standardization and theSself-management for senileSdiabetes with StheSselfSinsulinSinjection. |
