      目的 探讨结构式团体练习对新护士心理状况的影响 方法 通过对100位新进护士进行为期一年的8个阶段结构式团体练习,分别运用团体策略、团体效能、激发潜能、彼此启发、探索缓解困扰的空椅技术等对策练习,来探讨新护士面对成长过程、职业困惑以及人际关系的心理状况的影响。其中房树人心理投射测验(HTP)分别在入组时、中期阶段、结束阶段进行测评；焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别在入组练习前后测评。结果 100位新进护士中,97%新护士职业困惑和焦虑情绪有显著改善,同时显示90%新护士已学会自我调适方法,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论 随着近阶段医患矛盾和医疗纠纷日趋突出,藉着本研究一方面能有效调适新护士心理压力、提高医护患的沟通技能、提升应急思维和技能、深化优质服务,都具相当的临床实践意义；另一方面有助于新护士的个人职业发展和自我成长。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effect of structural group exercises .Method on psychological status of new nurses by 100 new nurses one-year 8 stage structured group exercises, respectively, using group strategy, group effectiveness, and inspire potential, mutual inspiration, alleviate the empty chair technique to explore countermeasures such as troubled practice, to explore the influence new nurses in growing process, occupation perplexity and interpersonal relationship of psychological status. The HTP projective test (HTP) respectively in the group stage, middle stage, the end of evaluation; self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) before and after exercise respectively into the group evaluation. Results 100 new nurses, 97% new nurses professional confusion and anxiety are significantly improved, also shows 90% new nurses had learned the method of self adjustment, P<0.05 had statistical significance. Conclusion with the last stage of the doctor-patient conflicts and medical disputes have become increasingly prominent, through this study can on the one hand the psychological pressure, effective adjustment of new nurses to improve medical patient communication skills, improve the emergency response and thinking skills, deepen the quality service, with considerable clinical practice significance; contribute to the new nurses on the other hand, personal career development and self growth.
