      【】目的 对比探讨行两种手术方式治疗乳腺病变患者围手术的不同护理重点。方法：选择2013年1月---2014年1月行手术治疗乳房良性病变的100例患者,分为行微创旋切术的观察组(n=50)与行传统手术治疗的对照组(n=50),比较两组术前的焦虑状况,术后的满意度以及术后并发症等。结果：观察组的术前焦虑状况明显高于对照组,术后满意度高于对照组,两组并发症发生率比较,无统计学意义。 结论：微创旋切术治疗乳房良性病变患者的围术期护理中,应重视术前心理护理。有侧重点的心理护理,有助于提高患者的满意度。

      【】Objective:SContrast and discuss the different nursing key pointsSofStwo kinds of surgical treatment for breast benign lesions patients.SMethod:SChose 100 patients with breast benign lesions, whoSreceived surgical treatment from January 2013 to January 2014, divided them into two groups respectively: minimal invasion as observation group (n=50) and traditional surgical treatment as control group (n=50), compared their preoperative anxiety, postoperative satisfaction and complications, etc.SResult:SPreoperative anxiety of observation group is obviously higher than that of the control group, postoperative satisfaction is higher than the control group, there is no statistical significance in terms of complications incidence between these two groups.SConclusion:SDuring the perioperative nursing period for patients with breast benign lesions minimally invasive technique, we should pay attention to preoperative psychological nursing. Emphasizing psychological nursing can improve patients’ satisfaction.
