| 目的 探讨应用改良早期预警评分(modified early warning score,MEWS)系统对急危重症患者院内转运的影响。方法 应用MEWS评分系统对院内急危重症患者转运前进行病情评估,根据不同分值落实相应的护理对策,对比对照组(未应用MEWS组)、研究组(应用MEWS组)患者院内转运途中不良事件的发生率、病人及家属的就诊满意度和医护人员对实施MEWS评分转运管理模式的满意度。结果 患者院内转运途中不良事件发生率对照组为10.63%,研究组为3.74%,两组比较差异统计学意义(P<0.05)；病人及家属的就诊满意度对照组为70.20%,研究组为94.30%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；医护人员对转运质量的满意度对照组为90.60%,研究组为97.90%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用MEWS评分系统对急危重症患者的病情进行客观、准确评估,进而根据评分结果对转运过程进行有效风险干预,可以降低患者转运过程中不良事件的发生率,提高医院医护人员及患方的对患者转运质量的满意度,从而确保患者转运安全。 |

| Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of nosocomial transshipment of the critical patients applied of modified early warning score system. Methods The critical patients of the emergency department were randomly divided into
the research group and the control group in January 2012 to June. The resear-ch group applied MEWS to transport. The control group received the routine to transport. Comparing with the incidence of adverse events in the nosocomialtransshipment process、the treatment satisfaction of the patient and family mem-bers、the medical staff satisfaction on the implementation of MEWS system m-anagement mode of transport. Results The incidence of adverse events in pati-ents with nosocomial transshipment process:the control group is 10.63%,The re-search group is 3.74% .There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05);The treatment satisfaction of the patient and family members: the control group is 70.20%，The research group is 94.30%, There was significant differe-nce between two groups(P<0.05); The medical staff satisfaction on the implem-entation of MEWS system management mode of transport: the control group is 90.60%,The research group is 97.90%, There was significant difference betwe-en two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion To apply MEWS system evaluates objecti- vely、accurately for the condition of critical patients, and then based on the
score to intervene Effective in the transport process. To reduce the incidence
of adverse events in patients with in the transport process and improve hospitalmedical staff and patient side of the patient transfer quality satisfaction, finally to ensure the safety of patients with transport. |
