      目的 探讨链式管理理念在农村2型糖尿病患者教育中的运用效果。 方法 选取152名农村2型糖尿病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各76人。实验组运用链式管理理念进行教育。对照组给予常规口头教育。比较两组患者教育前后的糖化血红蛋白、糖尿病知识水平及自我管理能力的改变和教育后满意度的情况。结果 受教育后实验组患者的糖化血红蛋白、糖尿病知识水平及自我管理能力均有所改善,P<0.05。而对照组未见明显改变,P>0.05。实验组患者满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.01。结论 运用链式管理的理念,对农村2型糖尿病患者进行教育,能明显改善患者糖尿病知识水平、自我管理能力、糖化血红蛋白水平及教育满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective: Explore the effect of chain management of diabetic education among countryside type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients .Methods: 152 T2DM patients enrolled from countryside were divided into experimental group and control group randomly and averagely. Diabetic education with chain management theory was applied in experimental group. Patients in control group were educated by the normal oral education model. Then glycated hemoglobin、DM knowledge level and self-management ability were compared before and after the education between the two groups. The degree of satisfaction after the education was also compared between the two groups. Results: After the education, the glycated hemoglobin、DM knowledge level and self-management ability were improved in the experimental group(P<0.05). While there was no distinct change in control group(P>0.05). Compared with control group ,the degree of satisfaction of the experimental group was higher(P<0.01). Conclusion: Using chain management theory in diabetic education can improve patient’s glycated hemoglobin, DM knowledge level, self-management ability and self-satisfaction of T2DM.
