中文摘要:
      目的 探索低危孕妇助产士主导的个性化照护模式，规范助产士咨询门诊的咨询路径。方法 在本院产检的孕妇在孕32周左右即可到产科门诊护士台预约，预约成功后可在指定时间段进行咨询，针对不同孕周提供不同的干预内容。结果 通过助产士咨询门诊的评估-指导-计划的个性化指导模式，建立孕妇自然分娩信心，提高围产期保健质量。结论 建立助产士咨询门诊的管理规范，有助于为孕妇提供个性化、连续性的照护，有利于孕产妇的身心健康，也有利于助产专业的健康可持续发展。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the perinatal care model of low-risk pregnant women that was leading by midwife and to standardize the midwife outpatient consultation path. Methods:pregnant women underwent an?abdominal examination at our hospital in 32 weeks is allowed to book this service , after the successful appointment ,they can come and consul in the specified period of time, given different gestational age intervention. Results: through assessment of the midwife consulting - guide - plan, the confidence of women insisting nature birth and quality of perinatal health care improved. Conclusion:midwife outpatient clinic helps to provide personalized, continuity of care for pregnant women,which is beneficial to the physical and mental health of maternal, and conducive to the professional health of midwifery and sustainable development.
