      目的 研究有效的干预措施，帮助产妇树立坚持母乳喂养的信心，提高母乳喂养率。方法 选取2010年7月-9月在国际和平妇幼保健院分娩的产妇240例，随机分为对照组和试验组各120例，观察组采用自行设计研究辅助装置加奶，对照组用奶杯加奶，观察两组之间产后4个月的纯母乳喂养率。结果 观察组产后4个月纯母乳喂养率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 加奶辅助装置的使用能有效提升产后纯母乳喂养率，是促进母乳喂养成功的有效措施。
英文摘要:
      Objective： To study the effective interventions and help the pregnant women to develop their confidence insisting on breastfeeding and increase breastfeeding rate. Methods: 240 cases of pregnant women delivered between July to September of 2010 in International Peace Maternal and Child Health Care Institute are selected ,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group which each includes 120 cases. The experimental group members nurse their children using self-designed breastfeeding promotion device, and the control group members nurse their children with milk cup. The breastfeeding rate of each group during the 4 months after delivery is studied. Results： The breastfeeding rate of experimental group during the 4 months after delivery is compared with that of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of breastfeeding promotion device can effectively increase the rate of postpartum breastfeeding, which is one of the effective measures to promote breastfeeding success.
