健康教育路径是为满足患者对健康教育的需求,依据标准健康教育计划为某一类患者制定健康教育的路线或表格,使健康教育标准化、具体化,减少盲目性与随意性,提高健康教育效果。门诊化疗因其流动性快,护士与患者接触时间少,宣教过程易被打断等特点,较难得到系统、连续、规范的健康教育,实施健康教育路径能指导护士主动的、有预见性及计划性地开展工作,确保了健康教育的科学性、实用性与合理性,为患者提供及时有效的高质量的护理服务,从而提高了护理服务品质及护理效率。

英文摘要:

Health education path is to meet the needs of health education for patients and formulate health education course or form for the patient according to the standard health education plan with the purpose of standardizing and specifying the health education so that we can reduce blindness and randomness, improve the effectiveness of health education. Outpatients move in and out quickly, so the nurses have a little time to communicate with the patients , and the education process are often interrupted , so it is very difficult for the patients to get a systematic, continuous and standard education. Health education pathway helps nurses to do the job initiatively, predictably and designedly to ensure that the health education is scientific, practical and rationality, and the nursing service is timely and effective. All in all, Health education pathway can enhance the nursing quality and nursing efficiency.
