      摘要：目的 探讨袋鼠式母亲照护模式在高危早产儿护理实施中的安全性。 方法 制定早产儿袋鼠式母亲照护管理方案、常规并对新生儿护士进行相关培训。选取2014年1月至2014年12月在上海某三级甲等妇产专科医院出生且收入新生儿重症监护室(Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, NICU)治疗并在住院期间实施袋鼠式母亲照护的高危早产儿母婴29对，根据记录的患儿在袋鼠式母亲照护过程中体温、心率、呼吸、经皮氧饱和度和平均血压的稳定性来评估袋鼠式母亲照护的安全性。 结果 29例高危早产儿在袋鼠式母亲照护过程中生命体征平稳，未有不良事件发生。结论 袋鼠式母亲照护模式对高危早产儿是一种安全的护理方式,可以在临床NICU中运用，但远期效益评价有待深入研究。

      Effect of kangaroo mother care mode implementation in high-risk preterm infants (Shanghai First Maternal and Infant Hospital, Tongji University School of Medicine, Shanghai 201204, China) WANG Qin, CHEN Xiao-wen, ZHAO Min-hui Abstract: Objective To explore the safety of the kangaroo mother care mode in the implementation of the high risk premature infants. Methods 29 premature infants born in a tertiary level maternity hospital of Shanghai were selected from January to December 2014 and implemented kangaroo mother care. The temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, and mean blood pressure were observed during the process of kangaroo mother care to evaluate the safety of the implementation of kangaroo mother care. Result The vital signs of these 29 premature infants during the process of kangaroo mother care were stable and no adverse events occurred. Conclusion Kangaroo mother care mode is safe for high risk premature infants, it can be used in clinical NICU, but the long-term benefit evaluation needs to be further studied.
