      目的 探讨肝癌切除术中应用肝水囊垫患者的围手术期护理方法。方法 回顾性分析2014年1月至10月我科治疗的6例使用肝水囊垫的肝癌患者的临床资料。总结使用肝水囊垫术前、术中及术后的护理要点。 结果 6例患者在使用肝水囊垫后均避免因残肝扭转导致的肝脏淤血及肝功能衰竭情况发生，术后通过对水囊垫的针对性护理，均未发生与放置水囊垫相关的并发症，患者顺利出院。结论 肝水囊垫的应用可以避免因肝切除范围大而导致的肝脏扭转，促进术后肝功能的恢复，而对放置肝水囊垫患者的针对性护理，则可减少术后相关并发症的发生。对患者的顺利恢复具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing methods of self-made liver water bag pad in resection of liver cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for data of the liver cancer patients from 2014 January to October treated with resection of liver cancer in our department. Self-made liver water bag pads were used in 6 cases during the operation of the liver cancer. The main points for perioperative nursing of liver water bag pad will be summarized. Results Hepatic congestion and liver failure caused by residual liver torsion were avoided in all of the cases. Conclusion Liver torsion caused by large hepatic resection can be avoided because of application of liver water bag pad. Application of liver water bag pad can promote the recovery of liver function after operation. The occurrence of postoperative complications can be reduced by nursing care of liver water bag pad. Liver water bag pad may be of important significance in promoting postoperative rehabilitation of liver resection patients.
