      【】 目的 观察化痔膏对便失禁所致肛周湿疹的疗效,并探讨护理措施。 方法 将60例便失禁导致肛周湿疹患者随机分为实验组、常规治疗组30例。观察组患者用生理盐水冲洗伤口,擦干表面皮肤后用化痔膏外敷创面每日3次,每日3次；常规治疗组患者用炉甘石洗剂外涂,皮炎平软膏外敷创面,每日3次；连续用药1周为1疗程进行观察,并探讨护理要点。结果 实验组愈合率93.33％,常规治疗组总愈合率60%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 化痔膏治疗便失禁致急性肛周湿疹疗效明显,优于常规治疗方法,良好的护理措施有助于改善疗效。
英文摘要:
      ABSTRACT:OBJECTI Clinical effect of the Eliminating Hemorrhoids Ointment in the treatment acute erianal eczema caused by fecal incontinence was observed and caring measures were explored. METHODS The 60 cases of acute erianal eczema caused by fecal incontinence were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group, 30 cases, using Eliminating Hemorrhoids Ointment after washing wounds with saline solution 3 times a day treatment for 1 week;); conventional treatment group , 30 cases, using Calamine lotion and Piyangping ointment externally 3 times a day for 1 weeks. Caring measures were explored. RESULTS The curative rate of experimental group and conventional treatment group were 93.33％ and 60% .There was statistical between the two groups(P ＜ 0. 05) . CONCLUSION The effect of the Eliminating Hemorrhoids Ointment in the treatment of acute perianal eczema caused by fecal incontinence was better than conventional therapies. Good caring measures were benefit to improve treatment effect.
