      目的 了解临床护理工作中护士对患者药学服务的现状及影响因素,为完善护理药学服务管理提供参考。方法 通过300例住院患者护理满意度调查结果,自行设计三种药学服务问卷调查表,对300名临床护士给药情况进行综合调查。结果 48.2%的患者对护士是否主动提供给药服务与指导表示不满意,32.5%的护士认为影响药学服务的因素主要为药学知识欠缺、药学服务意识不到位、工作量大顾不上讲解、患者文化背景差异听不懂等有关。结论 临床护士给药服务满意度较低,应提高护理人员对药学服务的认识,加强学习药学知识,充分发挥护士药学服务,提升护理质量和满意度,促进我国药学服务的发展。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the status of clinical pharmaceutical care of nurses and influencing factors, and help to improve the administration of pharmaceutical care. Methods Accroding to the results of satisfaction survey of 300 inpatients, three questionnaire of pharmaceutical care are designed, data of 300 clinical nurse are explored. Results 48.2% of patients felt dissatisfaction for the nurses on their initiative to provide pharmaceutical care and guidance .In the opinion of 32.5% of the nurses, the main factors affecting the pharmacy services including: lack of pharmaceutical knowledge and aware -ness of pharmacy services, and too heavy workload, the differences of patients cultural background. Conclusion Low satisfaction for the clinical pharmaceutical care exist , nurses" understanding of pharmaceutical care shoud be improved, it ‘s important to enhance learning pharmacological knowledge, give full play to the nurse pharmacy services, enhance the quality of care and satisfactionfor the promotion the development of China"s pharmaceutical care.
