      摘 要: 目的 了解目前上海市某三级甲等综合性医院本科护士的自我效能感状况，探讨影响本科护士自我效能感的因素。方法 运用问卷调查和方便抽样法，对上海市某家三级甲等综合性医院的116名本科护士进行调查。结果 上海市某三级甲等综合性医院本科护士的自我效能感得分（2.705±0.4526）与国内护士常模（2.413±0.583）比较，有统计学意义（t=4.9329，P<0.01）；目前本科护士的自我效能感得分受本科途径（P<0.05）、年日班占比（P<0.05）、每日与病人接触时间占比（P<0.05）等影响。结论 上海市某三甲综合医院本科护士的自我效能感处于中等水平；从影响因素着手，以期能改善本科护士的自我效能感状况；希望护理管理者更加关注这一群体的职业感受，以进一步提高护理质量。 关键词: 本科护士；自我效能感；影响因素

      Abstract: Objective To investigate the status of the self-efficacy of the undergraduate nurses who work in the three level of first-class comprehensive hospital in Shanghai and to discuss the facts that affect the self-efficacy of them. Methods The questionnaire was used in this study．116 undergraduate nurses working in the three level of first-class comprehensive hospital in Shanghai were included by convenience sampling. Results The score of the self-efficacy of the undergraduate nurses who work in the three level of first-class comprehensive hospital in Shanghai(2.705±0.4526) compaired with the domestic nurse norm(2.413±0.583) is significantly significant（t=4.9329，P<0.01）. At present the score is significantly impacted by the undergraduate way(P<0.05), the proportion of morning shift(P<0.05), and the proportion of contact time with patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The score of undergraduate nurses’ self-efficacy is in the medium level. We could try to improve the level through adjusting the influencing factors. Nursing managers should pay attention to the professional feelings of the undergraduate nurses in order to promote the quality of nursing.
