      目的:探讨在专家门诊开展服务创新的方法和效果。 方法: 优化升级专家门诊预约、挂号体系,简化就诊流程;建立健全规章制度,完善门诊岗位管理,加强团队建设;定期开展专业知识培训,提高门诊护士的专业素养和专业操作能力;创造优质就诊环境,改变护理理念,提供针对性、人性化护理服务。结果:在专家门诊开展服务创新后,患者的预约时间和就诊等待时间明显缩短,就诊患者对服务水平的满意度评分明显提高。结论:综合采用多种手段,结合专家门诊特点实施具有针对性的创新服务能明显改善患者的就诊体验,具有良好的社会效应。
英文摘要:
      Purpose: We aimed to analyze the methods and effectiveness of innovat the pattern of nursing service in specialist clinic. Methods: The contents of high quality nursing mainly included the following points: (1) improving the appointment register system and optimizing treatment process. (2) establishing rules and regulations, strengthening the team building, providing training of professional knowledge regularly. (3) creating excellent environment, transforming nursing concepts, implementing targeted and humanized nursing services. Conclusions: Our targeted innoovative nursing service mode in specialist clinic had positive effect on patients and it was worth to be popularized and applied.
