目的：探讨“一站式”杂交手术治疗复杂先心的术中护理配合的经验及管理。方法：15例复杂先心的患者接受了“一站式”杂交手术，术前各方面准备充分，术中与医生配合默契。结果：所有手术过程顺利，术后均康复出院。结论：“一站式”杂交手术室护理人员知识技术技能全面、与术者配合默契以及先进的管理理念是手术成功的重要保障，随着手术量增加，护理配合将日臻完善。

Nursing coordination of patients with complex congenital heart disease treated with the hybrid operation Qi Lin, Song Fang, Qiu Yu, Zhang Pei, Sun Weijin. Nursing Department(Operation Room), Shanghai First People’s Hospital, Shanghai 200080, China Corresponding author: Sun Weijin, Email: xymshow@sina.com [Abstract] Objective To explore the experience and management of intraoperative care of patients with complex congenital heart disease treated with the single-stop-type hybrid operation. Methods Fifteen patients with complex congenital heart disease were treated with the single-stop-type hybrid operation in single-stop-type hybrid operation room. Before the operation, nurses had made adequate preparation. During the operation, nurses and doctors cooperated tacitly. Results 15 patients with complex congenital heart disease underwent the single-stop-type hybrid operation successfully without complications. Conclusions It was safe and effective to carry out the single-stop-type hybrid operation for patients with complex congenital heart disease by strict management and specialist nurses training.
