      【】 目的 了解近十年来亚健康研究状况及趋势,为亚健康进一步研究和发展提供借鉴。方法 以“医药卫生”为查询范围,“亚健康”为主题检索2005-2015的核心期刊文献,采用文献计量分析的方法对结果进行分析。结果 共得到481篇有效文献,2005年后核心期刊发表的亚健康文献数量上呈上升趋势,研究类型中调查类研究占绝大多数,半数以上研究(65.28%)得到基金支持,跨单位、跨地区研究占重要比重。结论 亚健康近年来受到人们广泛关注,文献总量较多,与中医诊断相结合的高新技术检测是目前亚健康研究热点,结合中医四诊或现代生物学开发高新技术对亚健康进行筛选、检测可能成为今后亚健康研究的一个发展方向。

      【】Objective To analyze the current situation and developing trends of sub-health in recent decade in China so as to provide reference for further research and development. Methods All sub-health articles published in key journals during 2005-2015 were searched in Chinese national knowledge Infrastructure, and then they were sorted and analyzed by bibliometric method. Results 481 papers were concluded. The number was increasing from 2005, reaching a peak around 2007-2012 and falling from 2012, but maintained in high levels as a whole. The major type of concluded articles was investigation study, 65.28% got the support of fund. Cross unit and trans-regional researches took an important position. Conclusion The total number of sub-health was at a high level but the quality was uneven, and the number of the fundamental researches was relatively small but the tendency was steadily rising. It is the current hotspot to test sub-health with the high-tech combined with TCM diagnostics, and will be a new developing trend.
