      目的：探讨改良早期预警评分系统（Modified Early Warning Scoring ，MEWS）在产科危重孕产妇护理中的应用。方法：对照组回顾分析上海市某三甲医院危重孕产妇抢救中心2013年度100例危重孕产妇，由医生根据辅助检验及临床表现判断来处置患者的病情和入院去向；观察组故选取上海市某三甲医院危重孕产妇抢救中心2014-2015年3月份100例危重孕产妇患者，通过应用改良早期预警评分（MEWS）进行评分，并根据评分分数决定患者的入院去向以及实施相对应的护理措施。结果：平均救治时间观察组小于对照组（P＜0.05）；对照组产科急性事件发生率高于观察组（P＜0.05）；对照组ICU转入率高于观察组（P＜0.05）；观察组转归时间小于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：改良早期预警评分系统应用于产科危重分类救治能够有效缩短平均救治时间，降低了产科急性事件发生率发生、缩短转归时间和ICU转入率。
英文摘要:
      Abstract：Objective to exploring the effect of Modified Early Warning Scoring （MEWS）applied in critical care of pregnant women .Methods a total of 100 patients admitted in 2013 were taken as control group, who were treated by conventional monitoring plan, which the doctors would assign the patients according to the clinical check results and the patients’ symptoms. A total of 100 patients admitted in 2014 to March of 2015 who were used the MEWS methods were taken as observation group ，the patients were distributed and care based on the scoring of MEWS. Results the mean rescue time, the hospital stay，the rate of accidental happenings，and the rate of ICU admission in observational group were significant lower than in the control group. Conclusion MEWS methods can help health providers effectively to reduce the rescue time, to reduce hospital stay，to reduce the rate of accidental happenings，and the rate of ICU admission.
