| 目的：探讨入院准备中心采用虚拟化床位模式后，在优化患者住院流程、减少住院患者平均住院日、降低护理费、提高患者满意率的作用。方法：在上海市卫生统计信息网络直报系统_上海西医病案首页中采集数据，按国际疾病分类（ICD-10）选取普外科病区2013年1月至2015年8月之间，包括大隐静脉手术组、甲状腺手术组、腹腔镜下胆囊手术组3个试点病种进行系统性分析和对照比较。通过SPSS20.0软件对每个病种2组患者的平均住院日、术前平均住院日及护理费进行独立样本T检验。结果：大隐静脉手术组、甲状腺手术组、腹腔镜下胆囊手术组3个试点病种在2014年-2015年8月期间后通过对住院流程的优化后缩短了住院患者平均住院日、术前平均住院日、降低了护理费用；住院患者平均住院日、术前平均住院日及护理费用均存在显著性差异。结论: “入院准备中心”在住院流程优化中具有一定意义，在试点病种住院流程优化中取得了一定成效，能够体现“一站式”服务的理念，从而进一步深化了优质护理服务，是医院综合发展的必然趋势。 |

| To explore the effect of the hospital admission preparation center, after adopting virtualized beds model, on the optimization of the patients admission in the hospital, reducing the average hospitalization days, decreasing the cost of nursing and improving the satisfaction rate of patients.Methods:Based on data collection of the home page of medical records Shanghai Health Statistics, according to the international classification of diseases (ICD-10) select three pilot diseases surgeries between January 2013 and August 2015 in general surgery wards to make systematic analysis and control group contrast, those surgeries include great saphenous vein surgery group, thyroid surgery group, cholecystectomy surgery group under laparoscope. We conducted independent sample T test of the average hospitalization days, the average hospitalization days before surgery and the nursing expenses for 2 groups of patients with different diseases by SPSS20.0.Results: after optimization of the hospitalization process we reduced the average hospitalization days of patients, average hospitalization days before surgery and the cost of nursing of three pilot diseases---great saphenous vein surgery group, thyroid surgery group, cholecystectomy group under laparoscope from 2014 to August 2015; there is significant discrepancy between the average hospitalization days of patients, average hospitalization days before surgery and the cost of nursing significant. Conclusion: The "hospital admission preparation center" has some significance in optimization process of hospitalization, and has made some achievements in the process optimization of the pilot disease. It can embody the idea of "one-stop" service, and further deepen the high quality nursing service, which is the inevitable trend of the comprehensive development of the hospital. |
