目的：探讨个体视频示教结合示范指导在髋关节置换术后早期功能锻炼中的效果。方法：将80例髋关节置换术的患者随机分为对照组及试验组,每组40例。对照组采取传统口头健康教育方法进行术后功能锻炼,试验组采取个体视频结合示范指导的健康教育方法进行锻炼。记录患者出院前1日,出院后1个月的Harris功能评分。比较两组在早期髋关节术后功能锻炼中的效果差异。结果：试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体视频示教结合示范指导相对于传统健康教育方法能更快恢复患者的肢体功能。

英文摘要:

Objective: To explore the effects of the demonstrating video on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients following hip replacement operation. Methods: From May 2015 to December 2015, 80 elderly patients who underwent a hip replacement operation were investigated and categorized into experimental group and control group. Each group had 40 cases. In the control group, traditional oral teaching method was used for patients' postoperative rehabilitation. While, in the experimental group, the demonstrating video was used to direct the rehabilitation. Barthel index on the first and twelfth postoperative day, Harris scoring on the twelfth postoperative day, and complications of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results: The experimental group obtained a more favorable result（P<0.05）. Conclusion: The demonstrating video for postoperative rehabilitation could improve patients' self-care ability, Harris score, and reduce the complications.
