      【摘要】目的：探讨敷脐疗法联合穴位按揉对下肢骨折腹胀便秘患者的影响。方法：选择2014年7月-2015年6月收治于上海中医药大学附属普陀医院下肢骨折腹胀便秘患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组实施常规腹胀便秘护理干预方法，观察组实施敷脐联合穴位按揉，比较两组患者疗效评定、Bristol 大便性状分型评分及腹围长度。结果：观察组疗效及Bristol大便性状评分均优于对照组，有统计学差异（P＜0.01、P＜0.001）；两组患者腹围变化存在差异，有统计学意义（P <0.01或P＜0.05）。结论：敷脐疗法联合穴位按揉法对下肢骨折腹胀便秘患者效果明显，可在临床上应用。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of lower limb fracture in patients with abdominal distension by the use of umbilical compress therapy and acupoint massage. Methods There are 80 cases of lower limb fracture in patients with abdominal distension from July 2014 to June 2015(Empirical 40 cases, deficiency syndrome 40 cases).These cases were used umbilical compress therapy and were taken different acupoint massage. Results The treatment outcome about the first time of exhaust is be at the same time，there are significant differences between two groups（P <0.01或P＜0.02或P＜0.05）．Conclusion The effect of umbilical compress therapy and acupoint massage is faster and better for patients with empirical abdominal distension. The?empirical?group is better than the deficiency syndrome?group.
