      [目的]探讨品管圈活动在减少特诊部护士安全型静脉留置针穿刺重置率的应用与效果。[方法]成立品管圈活动小组,确立“减少特诊部护士安全型静脉留置针穿刺重置率”为活动主题,对目前本科室特诊部护士安全型静脉留置针穿刺重置率进行基线调查,分析原因,针对原因设定目标,拟定实施对策,比较品管圈前后的效果。[结果] 开展品管圈活动后,调动了特诊部护士工作积极性,特诊部护士安全型静脉留置针穿刺重置率明显变少,减少了护患纠纷,使护理质量得到了持续改进。[结论]开展品管圈活动可减少特诊部护士安全型静脉留置针穿刺重置率。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] To explore the application and effect of quality control circle on reducing the rate of safety IV catheter puncturing in special service department. [Methods] Through setting up the team of quality control circle and establishing the theme of” reducing the rate of safety IV catheter puncturing in special servicedepartment”, we are going to conduct a baseline survey on the present rate of safety IV catheter puncturing in special service ward and analyze the possible reasons and set corresponding strategies. Meantime, this study is to explore whether there are significant differences before and after QCC. [Results] The activity of QCC raises nurses’ working enthusiasm and reduces largely the rate of safety IV catheter puncturing in special service department. Meanwhile, the activity of QCC lessons nurse-patient disputes successfully and improves the quality of care sustainably.[Conclusions] The activity of QCC reduces effectively the rate of safety IV catheter puncturing in special service department.
