中文摘要:

本文主要介绍了房颤患者的治疗以及药物、同步直流电复律、射频消融术等方面的护理。射频消融术作为一种新型的治疗手段,因其创伤小、治疗效果好,逐渐被心律失常患者所接受,但由于该手术操作复杂、步骤多、用间长,易产生多种并发症。要求护士在术前、术中、术后安抚患者情绪、规范护理流程、加强术后观察,做好各项护理工作,以促进患者健康。

英文摘要:

This article mainly introduces the treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation and drugs, synchronous dc cardioerter, radiofrequency ablation of nursing.Radiofrequency ablation as a new means of treatment, because of its small trauma, treatment effect is good, is gradually accepted by patients with arrhythmia, but because of the complicated operation, more steps, with long, easy to produce a variety of complications.Asked the nurse in patients with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative calm mood, standardize the nursing process, strengthening postoperative observation, complete each nursing work, in order to promote healthy patients.
