      目的：探讨PDCA循环在培训青年护士应用呼吸机的效果。方法：运用计划（P）、 实施（D）、检查（C）、处理（A）四个阶段循环管理法对青年护士应用呼吸机进行培训，包括相关理论、临床应用和操作规程，并将培训及考核存在的问题列入下一个循环中。结果：使用PDCA循环培训青年护士应用呼吸机技能，可使培训程序和护理操作更加规范化，提高了护理质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle on the training of young nurses in the application of ventilator. Method: Using four stage cycles methods including plan (P),do(D), check(C) and action(A) to train young nurses for operate ventilator, including theory, clinical application and operation rules. Existing problems in the training and assessment were list in the in the next cycle. Results: Using PDCA cycle training for young nurses in operating of breathing machine skills can make the training procedures and nursing operation more standardized. So it can improve the quality of care.
