| 目的 分析比较经过医务社会工作者干预的住院的急性期脑梗死患者近期心理状态较未干预组是否有改善。 方法 急性期脑梗死住院患者60例，入院一天后予以量表评估，包括汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)。30例纳入干预组，患者入院后在接受为期15天的脑梗死临床路径规范化治疗期间均予以相同医务社会工作干预，包括个案工作与小组工作两种形式。30例纳入对照组，该组患者未予以医务社会工作专业服务介入。分析比较两组各量表改善的差异。 结果 经过医务社会工作介入的急性期脑梗死患者HAMD 较对照组差异明显(P<0.01)；HAMA差异较对照组差异明显(P<0.01)。 结论 医务社会工作者介入对急性期脑梗死患者在干预15天后抑郁和焦虑情绪方面改善显著。提示医务社会工作个案工作与小组工作的干预对住院的急性期脑梗死患者在情绪方面有积极影响。

| objective To analysis recent psychological state of acute cerebral infarction patients in hospital through the Medical social workers’ intervention.
Methods 60 cases of hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction, one day later to Scale assessment, including the Hamilton Depression rating Scale (Hamilton 'Scale, HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (Hamilton Anxiety Scale, HAMA),.30 patients into control group, during 15 days ，patients with brain infarction get clinical pathway standardization treatment and get the same Mdical social workers participate in the same time ，including case work and group work. Patients with 30 cases in control group, the group has not been intervened by Medical social workers. Comparing and analysising the difference between the two groups of each scal. Results After the Medical social workers participatation,The acute phase of cerebral infarction patients with HAMD clear difference than the control group (P <0.01);HAMA differences than the control group significantly (P <0.01);S. Conclusion Medical Social workers’ intervention for the acute phase of cerebral infarction in 15 days after the intervention in patients with depression and anxiety improved significantly. It suggests that the case work and group work intervention of the Medical social worker in the acute phase of cerebral infarction patients in the hospital has a positive effect in terms of emotions and State of mind.
