      目的 探索工人工作的量化管理模式在日间手术室工人管理中的运用。方法 采用类实验研究方法；工人工作的量化管理模式是在病员进出口通道的缓冲区设运送调度站,将手术室工人进行集中管理与调度。将运用新的管理模式前后的数据进行比较,分析效果。结果 新模式运用后接病人的时间由(17.08±0.47) 分钟下降至(14.19±0.05) 分钟、送冰冻的时间由(24.9±0.36)分钟下降至(18.8±0.41)分钟,工人的满意度由(7.61±0.15) 分提高到(9.51±0.06) 分, 护士的满意度由(7.85±0.13)分提高到(9.73±0.04),与实施前相比差异均有统计学意义( P＜0.01)。结论 工人工作的量化管理模式能保证日间手术室工作的有序进行,提高工人的工作效率,加快手术室运转,并提升了员工的满意度,值得在日间手术室工人管理中推广应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the use of centralized dispatching station mode in the day operation room in the management of workers. Methods A quasi-experimental study design was adopted. Centralized dispatching station mode is to set a dispatch station where patients are transported into and out of the operation room and where workers are dispatched and centralized managed. The data collected before and after the use of the new workers-dispatch mode were compared and the results were analyzed. Results After the application of the new mode, the time needed for transporting patients and for delivery of pathological specimen were shortened from (17.08±0.47) minutes to (14.19±0.05) minutes and from (24.9±0.36) minutes to (18.8±0.41) minutes, repectively; the workers’and nurses’satisfaction score increased from (7.61±0.15) points to (9.51 ±0.06) points and from (7.85±0.13)points to (9.73 ±0.04)points, separately, all of which have statistically significance as compared with those collected before the implementation(P<0.01). Conclusion The centralized dispatching station mode ensures the orderly conduct of dedivery work in the day operation room, improves the work efficiency of workers, speeds up the transfer of patients and the delivery of specimen, and improves the employees’satisfaction, which deserves further promotion in the management of workers in the day operation room.
