      目的:探讨多媒体健康教育对银屑病患者相关知识和心理状态的影响。方法:选取银屑病患者150例,采用简单随机抽样方法分为干预组和对照组,对照组采用常规健康教育,干预组在常规健康教育的基础上,采取多媒体形式的健康教育。干预前后采用银屑病健康教育知识调查表和流调用抑郁自评量表对两组患者的疾病健康知识知晓率和心理状态进行评定。结果:干预后两组比较,除自我心理调适外,干预组患者在银屑病的相关知识、治疗的配合注意事项、自我护理等方面得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。但干预后两组患者抑郁得分差异无统计学意义。结论:在常规健康教育的基础上采用多媒体健康教育能显著提高银屑病患者相关疾病知识的掌握率,但对患者抑郁评分的影响有待进一步研究证实。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the effect of multimedia health education on knowledge and psychological state of patients with psoriasis.Methods One hundred and Fifty patients with psoriasis were randomly assigned to two groups.The patint in the control group receiving routine nursing care while the patients in the experiment group receiving routine nursing care and multimedia health education.The patients were investigated with related knowledge and Center for Epidemiological Survey,Depression Scale (CES-D) before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,there were significant differences between the two groups in the aspects of introduction to psoriasis ,treatment cooperations and self-care knowledge except the self psychological adjustments(P<0.05).However,there was no difference between the two groups in CES-D(P>0.05).Conclusion Combine routine nursing care with multimedia health education can improve patients’ knowledge about psoriasis,the effect to improve patients’ psychological state may need more research and time to approve.
