      目的 探讨穴位按摩曲池穴对控制高血压病患者服药间隙期血压波动的护理干预效果。 方法 选取我院心血管内科2014年10月～2016年5月原发性高血压(1级、2级)患者305例,随机分为干预组(150例)和对照组(155例)。两组患者于每日9:00、16:00测定血压,对照组予以药物治疗,干预组在药物治疗的基础上再予以曲池穴按摩10min,再于1min、60min、120min、240min后测定两组患者血压变化,评价曲池穴按摩对原发性高血压患者护理干预的疗效。结果 曲池穴按摩后1min测定血压,干预组与对照组差异不明显,无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),其余60min、120min、240min血压波动幅度差异均有有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 在药物治疗的基础上配合按摩曲池穴有利于控制原发性高血压患者的血压波动,是一种方便、有效的临床护理干预。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate acupressure Quchi to control the fluctuation of blood pressure in patients with hypertension during drug clearance effect of the nursing intervention.Methods A total of essential hypertension (level 1, level 2) 305 patients ,selected cardiovascular diseases in our hospital from October 2014 to May 2016 .They were randomly divided into the intervention group (150 cases) and control group (155).Daily 9:00, 16:00 determination of blood pressure between two groups, the control group were given medication, medication in the intervention group Quchi acupuncture point massage on the basis of 10min, after this 1min, 60min, 120min, 240min, determination of blood pressure changes in patients after evaluation Quchi acupuncture point massage on the effect of nursing intervention in patients with essential hypertension. Results After Quchi acupuncture massage 1min determining blood pressure, no significant difference in the intervention group and the control group, no significant (P﹥0.05), 60min, 120min, 240min, blood pressure fluctuations there were statistically significant differences (p﹤0.05). Conclusion Drug therapy combined with massage on the basis of Quchi controlling the fluctuation of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension, is a convenient and effective nursing intervention.
