      目的 探讨品管圈在提高压疮高危患者照护者健康教育知晓率中的应用效果。方法 选取实施常规健康教育的压疮高危患者照护者32 例为对照组；选取实施品管圈活动以来的压疮高危患者照护者32例为观察组,比较两组的健康教育知晓率。结果 观察组健康教育知晓率高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 品管圈管理通过持续质量改进,提高了压疮高危患者照护者健康教育知晓率。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle on improving the awareness rate of health education among family caregivers of patients with pressure ulcer at high risk. Methods The implementation of routine health education of patients at high risk of pressure ulcer caregivers 32 cases were set as the control group(before the QCC activity); Since the quality control circle activity , patients at high risk of pressure ulcer caregivers 32 cases as the observation group(after the QCC activity), the awareness rate of health education were compared between the two groups . Results The awareness rate of health education in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Through continuous quality improvement, the QCC activity improve the health education awareness rate of family caregivers of patients with pressure ulcer risk.
