中文摘要:
      目的了解患者在出院服用靶向药物时对相关健康宣教内容的需求情况。方法选择2015年1月~2015年12月在我院肿瘤科出院接受靶向治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者85例，在离院前发放征询同意书取得患者自愿配合后发放自制调查问卷，了解患者对靶向治疗健康教育的相关需求信息，并进行统计分析。结果患者对靶向治疗出院期间健康教育内容的要求较为丰富，其中以疾病的预后情况、病情及疾病相关知识、饮食、锻炼等信息需求较为突出；患者希望的健康宣教的方式希望更多元、全面、丰富，如与医师护士交流、视频宣教和提供阅读资料等形式。结论通过需求调查可以为接受靶向治疗的出院患者提供针对性的，丰富的健康教育信息，提高患者满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To investigating the demand of health education for patients with non small cell lung cancer treated with targeted therapy.Methods:85 caseswith non small cell lung cancer treated with targeted therapyin our hospital from January.2015 to December.2015were enrolledin the study.After obtaining the consent of the patients, the issuance of self-made questionnaireweregranted tounderstand the patient"s need for targeted therapy in health education.Results:The patients" health education content is rich in the target treatment period, The prognosis of the disease, disease and disease related knowledge, recovery and functional exercise and other information needs are more prominent. The hope of health education in patients with a more comprehensive, rich, such as communication with physicians and nurses, video education and provide other forms of reading.Conclusions:Through the demand survey, we can provide a wealth of health education information for patients receiving targeted therapy for non small cell lung cancer, and to improve patients’ satisfaction.
