【】目的探讨清洁导尿在骨科患者术后尿潴留的应用效果。方法对照组20例患者保留导尿解决尿潴留,观察组22例采用清洁导尿方法解决其尿潴留,比较两组患者泌尿系感染发生率及自主排尿恢复时间。结果利用清洁导尿的患者拔管后自行排尿的比例高于保留导尿,清洁导尿组患者尽快恢复了自主排尿功能,且病人舒适度高。结论清洁导尿方法较传统导尿法更有利于患者恢复自主排尿功能。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the effects of clean catheterization applications in orthopedic patients for postoperative urinary retention. Method control group of 20 patients using retention catheterization solve urinary retention, the observation group of 22 cases using clean catheterization solve its urinary retention. Comparison between the two groups of patient was conducted in comfort and recovery of spontaneous voiding time. Result the efficacies of Clean catheterization in patients after extubation urinate were higher than the retention catheterization, and a higher degree of comfort,,a shorter period of time to restore the autonomy of urinary function. Conclusion Clean catheterization method is more conducive to the recovery of spontaneous voiding function than the traditional catheterization method.#$NLKeywords: clean catheterization; postoperative urinary retention
