      【】目的 探讨护理综合技能实训课融入人文关怀教育的效果。方法 以上海某医药高校护理学院2012年至今的637名护理本科生为研究对象,在护理综合技能实训课教学中按常规教学并融入人文关怀的教育;并与课程结束后对护生的综合技能进行考核,并采用护理人文关怀品质量表评价实施效果。结果 经过人文关怀体验为向导的《护理综合技能实训课》培训后的护生各维度得分明显高于培训前,且得分均高于常模(P<0.05)。结论 在护理综合技能实训中融入人文关怀教育,有助于提升护生的人文关怀意识,增强护生的人文关怀能力。

      S: Objective To explore the effect of nursing comprehensive skills training course into humanistic care education. Methods 637 nursing students in a certain Shanghai University School of nursing since 2012 as the research object, Integration of humanistic care education into routine teaching. After the end of the course, the comprehensive skills of nursing students were assessed. Nursing humanistic care product quality table evaluation implementation effect . Results The scores of each dimension of the nursing students accept the humanistic care experience as the guide of the "nursing comprehensive skills training" training were significantly higher than those before the training. and the scores were higher than the norm (P < 0.05).
