      【】目的 通过对护士留职意愿的研究文献进行分析,了解我国护士留职意愿的研究现状及存在的问题,为护士留职意愿的进一步研究提供参考。方法 采用文献计量学方法对自刊载有关护士留职意愿的文献至2016年7月31日收录在中国期刊全文数据库、万方学术论文数据库及维普中文科技期刊数据库的护士留职意愿相关文献进行计量分析。结果 共检索到符合标准的文献74篇,分别发表在31种期刊上,文献数量呈逐年上升趋势,近5年间共发表61篇(82.43%)；作者来自全国18个省级行政区；研究机构以医学院及其附属医院为主。论文被引频次在10次以上者12篇,最高被引频次为99次；研究受科研基金资助的27篇(36.49%)。结论 护士留职意愿近年来受到越来越多的关注和重视,研究总体呈增长趋势；但对该领域的研究质量还有待提高；其影响因素和干预措施有待深层次探究。

      【】Objective To analyze the literature on nurses"intention to stay and understand the research status of the nurses" intention to stay and existing problems, in order to provide reference for its further studies.Methods All literatures related to nurses"intention to stay from self published literature to 2016 (updated to 31th, July) were searched in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wan-fang database and VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals(VIP), Bibliometric analysis methods were used to analyze the search results. Results A total of 74 papers published in 31 journals had been searched out, The number of papers was on the rise each year and 61 (82.43%) papers had been published in recent 5 years. The authors were from 18 provinces or regions in China and mainly from the universities and their affiliated hospitals.12 papers were cited over 10 times and the highest cited paper was cited 99 times,Totally 27(36.49%) papers had funds. Conclusion Nurses"intention to stay in recent years by more and more concern and attention, the overall research showed increasing trend; but in this field research quality needs to be improved; the effect factors and interventions need to explore deep-seated.
