      目的 了解护士对使用PDA的满意度,以及对护理质量的影响,为提高护士满意度和提高护理质量,推进护理信息化提供依据。方法 采用自行编制的护士对使用PDA移动护理信息系统的满意度调查问卷,对上海市某三级甲等妇产科专科医院的50名护士在使用PDA前后的满意度情况进行调查并分析,同期对科室的护理差错和护理质量进行分析。结果 护士对使用PDA的便捷性得分最高(4.56±0.58)分,总体满意(91.58±9.72)分。不同职称及PDA使用时间的护士对使用PDA满意度得分比较、科室发生护理差错及护理质量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 职称及使用时间对护士使用PDA的满意度有一定的影响,护理管理者应采取针对性措施。在妇产科临床护理工作中,使用PDA可减少不良事件发生,提升专科护理质量,保障母婴安全。
英文摘要:
      Objective Find out the satisfaction of nurse using PDA , and the impact on nursing quality, which provide the basis of improving nurse satisfaction and nursing quality, in order to promote nursing more informationization. Methods Randomly selected 50 nurses in a top three shanghai hospital to finish the self-compiled satisfaction survey of using PDA mobile nursing information system. Over the same period, analyzing and comparing the nursing mistakes and nursing quality in each ward. Results The highest scores of the nurse satisfaction survey is “The convenience of using PDA”, which scored (4.56±0.58) points, and the overall satisfaction scored (91.58±9.72) points. Comparing the satisfaction of nurse different professional title and the time of using PDA, the nursing error and the nursing quality of using PDA: the results is different (P<0.05). Conclusion The professional title and the time of using PDA have a certain impact on using PDA’s satisfaction. The nursing managers should take specific measures on them. In clinical obstetrics and gynecology nursing, using PDA system could reduce the incidence of adverse events, and enhance the quality of care specialist, guarantee the maternal and infant’s safety.
