      目的 了解急诊科护士的工作疲溃感、关怀能力现状及其两者之间的关系。方法 采用工作疲溃感量表( MBI)和关怀能力评定量表( CAI)对248名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果 急诊科护士在情绪的疲溃感、对工作的冷漠感以及个人的工作无成就感维度上得分分别为(25.42± 7.30)分、(7.02± 4.21)分、(32.00±10.15)分,且急诊科护士的关怀能力得分为(188.76±16.33)分。 年龄、职称、从事护理工作年限、月收入、对工作的冷漠感、个人的工作无成就感是急诊科护士关怀能力的主要影响因素。结论 护理管理者应高度关注急诊科护士的工作疲溃感,对护士实施柔性管理,加强人文关怀培训,并提升其待遇,以促进护士关怀能力的提高。

      The influence of job burnout on caring ability of emergency nurses////TAO Lin, YE Lei*, ZHOU Jing, ZHANG Jie// (Emergency Department,West China Hospital, Sichuan University ,Chengdu 610041, China) 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of job burnout and caring ability of emergency nurses and their relationship. Methods A total of 248 emergency nurses were investigated with Maslash Burnout Inventory (MBI) and Caring Ability Inventory (CAI). Results The score in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment subscale were 25.42± 7.30、7.02± 4.21、32.00±10.15, and the gross score on CAI was 188.76±16.33. Multiple linear stepwise regression showed that age, professional title,years of experience as a nurse, the monthly income, depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment were the influencing factor of nurses'caring ability. Conclusion In order to improve caring ability, the nursing managers should take measures to alleviate nurses'' job burnout, implement the flexible management, strengthen training of humanistic care and improve their income. 【Key words】Emergency department; Nurses;Job burnout;Caring ability
