      目的：将流程管理的科学方法引入到肺癌患者化疗安全给药过程中，保证化疗药物给药过程人性化、优质化、规范化、科学化、流程化。方法：选择行AP方案（即培美曲塞+顺铂）给药的肺癌化疗患者。将2016年3-5月份的51例作为对照组，2016年6-9月份的52例作为观察组。对患者安全给药过程，进行流程管理。结果：实施流程管理前后，药物过敏反应发生率（P=0.048）；用药差错发生率（P=0.000）；给药技术执行规范率（P=0.019）；化学药物交接规范率（P=0.026）；化学药物放置安全率（P=0.041）；独立操作落实率（P=0.049）；废弃物处理规范率（P=0.035）。两组具有可比性。
英文摘要:
      objective: the introduction of process management method to the Security Administration during chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer, chemotherapy drug delivery processes user-friendly, high quality, standardized and scientific, process technology. Methods: AP select rows program (that is, pemetrexed and cisplatin) administration of chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer. Mar to May 2016，51 as the control group, Jun to Sep 2016，52 cases as a group. Patient safety administration processes, for process management. Results: implementation process management before and after, drug allergy reaction occurred rate (P=0.048); medication errors occurred rate (P=0.000); to drug technology implementation specification rate (P=0.019); chemical drug handover specification rate (P=0.026), chemical drug placed security rate (P=0.041), independent operation implementation rate (P=0.049), waste processing specification rate (P=0.035). Both groups were comparable.
