      【】[目的]探讨改良病服在手外科手术中的应用。[方法]选取2015年9月至2016年8月在我院接受的160例手外科手术患者按入院时间先后分为对照组和实验组,对照组使用华山医院常规病服,实验组使用改良病服,比较两组患者的术中消毒时间,患者及医生对病服的满意度,患者自护能力及病服的报废率。[结果]实验组患者在手术中的消毒时间,患者及医生对改良病服的满意度,患者的自护能力,病服的报废率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 [结论]在手外科手术中应用改良病服,能够节省手术消毒时间,提高患者及医生的满意度,提升患者的自护能力,降低了病服的报费率。
英文摘要:
      Purpose to discuss the application of a kind of modified hospital gown for patients in the operations of hand surgery. Methods 160 patients admitted to Huashan Hospital to receive operations of hand surgery from September, 2015 to August, 2016 were allocated into Control Group and Experimental Group. Patients in Control Group wore regular hospital gowns while Experimental Group wore modified ones. Time of sterilization during the operation, satisfaction of patients and surgeons, self-care ability and the the rejection rate of the hospital gown were compared between the two groups. Results The time of sterilization during the operation and the rejection rate of the hospital gown of the Experimental Group were lower than the Control Group; satisfaction of patients and surgeons, self-care ability in the Experimental Group were higher. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05). Conclusions Modified hospital gown could shorten the time of sterilization during the operation, increase the satisfaction of both patients and surgeons, and also the self-care ability of the patients; meanwhile, the rejection rate of the hospital gown could be decreased.
