      目的 介绍Memokath前列腺支架治疗良性前列腺增生导致尿潴留患者的手术配合方法。方法 回顾性分析我院23例治疗良性前列腺增生导致反复尿潴留患者的临床资料，患者均为不同程度的排尿困难伴反复尿潴留患者，在全麻或局麻下经膀胱软镜置入螺旋形热膨胀前列腺支架。 结果 患者均手术成功，手术时间为20—40分钟，术后即恢复自主排尿，患者均未出现尿失禁、尿路感染、支架移位等并发症。 结论 Memokath新型螺旋形热膨胀前列腺支架治疗前列腺部位的尿路梗阻具有良好的近期疗效，术后尿失禁发生率低，不影响性功能，尤其适用于高龄、体弱、服用抗凝药等不适合长时间手术的患者或对手术并发症顾虑较多的患者。手术配合操作简便，值得临床推广。

      【】Objective： Objective to introduce the operative method of Memokath prostate stent in the treatment of patients with urinary retention caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods：A retrospective analysis of 2 cases in our hospital in October 2016 for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in clinical data of patients with recurrent urinary retention, patients had different degrees of difficulty in urination in patients with recurrent urinary retention in general anesthesia or local anesthesia by flexible cystoscopy in spiral thermal expansion of prostate stent. Result(s)：The operation time were 30 and 20min respectively. Both patients regained the ability of unassisted urination immediately after stents inserted. The postoperative PVR was negative and IPSS were 6 and 12. Maximum flow rates were 24 and 14ml/s. No serious complications such as incontinence, urinary tract infection and stents dislocation were observed in both patients. Conclusion: Memokath new type of spiral thermal expansion prostate prostate stent in the treatment of urinary tract obstruction has a good clinical effect, postoperative urinary incontinence rate is low, do not affect sexual function, especially suitable for the elderly and infirm, taking anticoagulants and is not suitable for long time surgery in patients with the complications of surgery or concerns more patients. The operation is simple and convenient, worthy of clinical promotion.
