目的探讨临床路径护理在日间手术病房的应用效果。方法选择2016年11月至2017年1月在我院日间手术病房常见5种疾病手术患者为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和路径组,分别行常规护理及临床路径护理,予以两组患者平均住院费用、护理满意度、健康教育满意度、疾病相关知识掌握度进行比对。结果路径组患者在平均住院费用、护理满意度、健康教育满意度、疾病相关知识掌握度等方面的效果显著优于对照组,并具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对日间手术病房患者应用临床路径护理,能有效规范护理操作流程,有助于提高患者满意度,提高整体护理质量。

英文摘要:

Purpose To discuss the application of clinical nursing pathway in day surgery. Method Patients undergoing day surgery to treat five common diseases in our hospital from November 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control and clinical nursing pathway groups, respectively. The average hospitalization cost, satisfaction for nursing, satisfaction for health education, and disease-related knowledge were compared between two groups. Results: The average cost of hospitalization, satisfaction for nursing and health education, and disease-related knowledge were improved in clinical nursing pathway group than that in the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusions：The application of clinical nursing pathway in day surgery can effectively standardize nursing procedures to improve patients` satisfaction and overall nursing quality.
