      目的 通过对上海某三甲医院手术室手术患者HIV防控知识知晓率的调查及结果分析，对其进行相应的健康教育，以提高人们的认知水平。方法 对上海某三甲医院手术室手术患者共300人进行了HIV的预防知识的问卷调查，并根据存在的问题作了相应的健康教育，一年后通过电话随访相同的患者以同样的问题进行了调查比较。 结果 经过健康教育后，受试者在问卷调查中的表现有明显提高，且斯皮尔曼相关性检验提示，问卷结果的改善和健康教育显著相关。 结论 加大对人们的科普知识宣传，普及传染病的防控知识，对降低传染率及发病率具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective Conduct HIV health education to the surgery patients of a 3A hospital, then analysis of the results of the questionnaires before and after the corresponding health education. Methods A total of 300 surgery patients were chosen to take a questionnaire about HIV before a standard health education. The same questionnaire was conducted again 1 year later by telephone follow-up. Results There’s an obvious progress in the questionnaire test after our health education, and Spearman test insist that there is significant?correlation in it. Conclusion To increase people's knowledge about the prevention and control of HIV, It is of great significance to reduce the infection rate and the incidence of a disease.
