      本文根据目前国内外现有文献对国内社区医院开展PICC延续性护理的意义与现状进行了综述，同时根据现有研究总结社区开展PICC延续性护理可借鉴的方法以及当前存在的问题，最后提出建议和对将来的展望。
英文摘要:
      This article is a review about the value and current situation of PICC transitional care which domestic community hospitals carry out now, and according to the existing researches we make a conclusion about the methods community hospitals could make lessons from when they carry out PICC transitional care and what the problems are now. continuity, at last we make our suggestions and prospect for the future.
