      摘要:[目的]了解不同层次的护理实习生职业决策自我效能的现状及其影响因素,为有针对性地提高不同层次护理实习生职业决策自我效能感提供理论依据。[方法] 采用随机数字表法在西安市三级甲等医院中选取4所,并对所选医院符合纳入标准的696名护理实习生进行问卷调查,采用大学生职业决策自我效能量表、大学生专业承诺量表、多维度心理控制源量表等调查不同层次护理实习生的职业决策自我效能现状及影响因素,单因素分析采用t检验、Pearson相关分析,多因素分析采用多元线性回归。[结果] 专业承诺、特质焦虑、实习中有无学习上的困难是不同层次护理实习生职业决策自我效能的共同影响因素,而领悟社会支持是本科实习生的主要影响因素;母亲文化程度是专科实习生的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论] 不同层次护理实习生职业决策自我效能的影响因素不同,针对不同影响因素提出相应的干预措施,以帮助不同层次护理实习生提高职业决策自我效能,使他们更好地做出职业决策。 关键词: 不同层次护理实习生;职业决策自我效能;影响因素

      Abstract Objective: To investigate the current status and influence factors of the nursing intern students of different educational backgrounds’ career decision-making self-efficacy. It provides theorectical and practical basis for inproving the quality of nursing talents. Methods: Six hundred and ninety-six nursing intern students were investigated. The subjects were student nurses from 4 grade Ⅲ-A hospitals with the random number table. The current status and influence factors are investigated by Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale, College Students’ Professional Commitment Scale, Multidimensional Psychological Control Source Scale and so on. The Single-factor analysis use the student’s t test and Pearson correlation. And the multiple-factor analysis use multiple linear regression. Results: The professional commitment、trait anxiety and difficulties during nursing practice are the common influence factors between undergraduates and junior college students. Family financial situation and perceived social support are the main factors of the undergraduates. However, education background of mother is the primary factor of the junior college students. Conclusion: The career decision-making self-efficacy could guide the selection、development and programme of the students’ career. Also we should make measures to improve the students’ career decision-making self-efficacy, aiming at the influence factors. Then it could help them make career decisions preferably.
