      【】目的 研究延续性护理对胆肠吻合术后护理效果的影响。 方法 选取我院2015年1月-2016年12月行胆肠吻合术的120例肝胆结石的患者为研究对象，采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组和实验组各60例。对照组患者在出院后给予常规护理模式，并只在出院后由延续性护理小组成员给予每月一次电话随访；实验组患者出院后给予延续性护理干预。3个月后对比分析两组患者对护理知识的了解程度、生活质量和对护理的满意度。结果 实验组患者在给予延续性护理后，对护理知识的了解程度、生活质量、护理满意度明显优于实验组。结论 延续性护理能够提高胆肠吻合术后患者整体护理质量，护理效果明显。
英文摘要:
      【】 Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing on the nursing effect after biliary enterostomy. Method 120 cases of liver gallstones in our hospital from January 2015 December -2016 choledochojejunostomy of patients as the research object, using a random number table method were divided into control group and experimental group of 60 cases. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing after discharge, and only after discharge, they were given a telephone follow-up once a month. The patients in the experimental group were given continuous nursing intervention after discharge. After 3 months, the degree of understanding of nursing knowledge, quality of life and satisfaction with nursing were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Result The degree of understanding, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the experimental group after giving continuous nursing. Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the overall nursing quality of the patients after the biliary enterostomy, and the nursing effect is obvious.
